That's where I come in. I'm LaDawn Lataweic.
I was never a “skinny girl” – I was always way more comfortable on a playground than in front of a salad. In fact, I spent my entire childhood fighting an addiction to fatty food. And once I got into college, things got WAY worse. I was eating burgers, pizza, wings, ice cream. And I always had an excuse...

The excuses piled up, and so did the pounds, until one day I was tipping the scales at 200 pounds and could barely recognize my own face!
I decided to dedicate my life to making a change. After slowly getting my binging under control and getting down to 18% body fat, I chose to leave my desk job and work toward a life in the fitness industry. Surviving a drastic career change and the loss of close family members, I never fell off track.
I KNOW what it’s like to have to struggle towards IMPOSSIBLE goals under IMPOSSIBLE time restraints.
And now, people interact with me in a totally different way, but I’m still myself - certified personal trainer, wellness advocate and business owner, dedicated to helping the people around feel that same “zero to hero” effect I felt when I hit rock bottom, gathered my courage, and made BIG moves to change my future.
I know first hand that everybody has their own reasons, their own history, and their own lives that sometimes keep our own health and happiness from being the top priority.
But when people start working with me, we find the time, and even if it’s just ten or twenty minutes, it can make a world of difference.

Who Is This For ?
This program is for both anyone that needs to save time while staying in shape. Everybody deserves to look their best. And ladies, remember – you don’t need some specialized GIRL WORKOUT, or to avoid getting “too bulky” – that’s just marketing. Whether you're a first timer to working out or wanting to get back into the fitness lifestyle after taking a break, this program is right for you! 
How much time will this program take each week ?
The program is designed to slowly ease you into working out regularly. The first few weeks you will spend 3-4 hours per week in the gym. As you build your confidence, get the technique down, and really start looking forward to the gym trips, you will spend roughly 5 hours per week working out. 
What kind of diet is this? Can I adapt it to my own life ?
This isn't a diet! Yes, you read that right. This is a program, and instead of whipping out a notebook and writing down calories, you’re going to eat whatever you want, as long as it fits within a “macro count”. This is all explained in my program and it will be very easy to incorporate into your daily life!
How much time do I need to spend preparing food ?
I am NOT a person who likes to cook. So I try to keep meal prep to a minimum. If you plan to meal prep for this program, it will take you a few hours a week to cook your meals up. In other words, not much more time than you're already spending in the kitchen.

Do I need to join a gym ?
Yes, a gym membership is recommended for this program. I know it can be tough to get down there 3 times a week, but trust me, it helps you stick to your diet. Who wants to push it in the gym and then blow it right away on Chipotle? Nobody!

By the way: don’t do that program the girl at Bally’s tells you to work on. Tune them out and tune me in. 
How much do I need to spend on supplements ?
That's totally up to you! Supplements are completely optional and are only there to assist you on your fitness journey. There are, however, certain products that I use myself and I personally believe will make a huge impact towards your goals. I will talk about these and explain WHY I think they make a difference.

When can I expect to see results ?
You can easily start to see results after the first 7 days if you work hard.

But the most important thing to absorb is that this is a marathon, not a sprint. You will make progress for as long as you WANT to.

Fitness is a lifestyle and you shouldn't give up if you don't see a huge change right away - results WILL happen if you put in the time. Most people see a big difference after completing the 4 week program!
